Yes! Please download the MINDBODY app and you can roster yourself for a class. Drop in rate is $15.
Classes range from 50 minutes to an hour depending on the format of the day.
Expect a thorough warm up. But showing up early to warm up more is encouraged. We will go through the specific movement pattern/patterns of the day while emphasizing proper mechanics. The end of the class will be dedicated to recovery and education.
